Annette is the third pilates instructor I’ve attended and is by far the best. The outstanding feature of these classes is the individual attention. Annette manages to address each person’s needs and give them specific guidance without disturbing the flow for the whole group.
I am really enjoying the class; my core feels strong for a good few days after the class and I am really feeling a difference.
Fantastic instructor and class. The small size of the class means Annette gives lots of attention to each individual and tailors the class to their needs. I used to have regular back problems and haven’t had any since I started this class. Brilliant!

I think the course is great – Annette’s style is clear and she takes her time to explain each exercise as breathing and positioning are so important in pilates. She also varies the exercises so the class is never dull. I find the class a great help for my back as I sit a lot due to work.
This class was recommended by my physiotherapist and has been fantastic for me. Thoroughly enjoy it. Small classes and very focused. Best of all yoga and pilates classes I’ve attended. I almost feel like I don’t want to tell anyone about it ! It’s the hidden gem of classes in Malahide. The teacher Annette has a lovely manner – very pleasant and supportive and shows great interest and appreciation of how everyone in the class is progressing.

I joined pilates as I had heard it was very good for people who suffer from back and neck problems and I’ve never looked back ! The classes are great fun, really well run and tailored to each person’s own fitness level. I’m glad I started and I would recommend it to anyone !
I started pilates because of a back injury and have seen such an improvement since I started. The class is adjusted to your abilities so there is never an exercise you can’t do. I find it really great and my back is so much stronger now. I’d highly recommend it to anyone. Annette is such a fantastic instructor as she really understands all our limits and is able to attend to them because of the small class size – it’s like personal tuition.

This was my first time doing pilates and I really enjoyed it – especially the small class size. The exercises are explained really well and Annette is attentive to everyone. Annette is extremely helpful and her enthusiasm and positive attitude is very encouraging. I would highly recommend the classes and look forward to starting back in September !

Very small groups, precise instruction, relaxing but at the same time great work out.
Pilates is a great form of exercise. I have been going to this class since 2007 as I have benefited greatly. Annette is an excellent teacher and always makes it interesting.

I really enjoyed your class. There was great variety in the class – every week was different. I found you to be very obliging and accommodating in changing the classes. I will miss the classes throughout the Summer.
The classes are brilliant. I like the variety and I have confidence in your knowledge. Also by keeping the classes small it is personal. This is not always the case in other classes.
Really like the friendly atmosphere; instructions were easy to follow and the flexibility of the classes was very beneficial. I always looked forward to the class and am looking forward to September already!

I find the classes brilliant, love the variety of props and different order of exercises each week. Like the attention to detail as this means you get a lot out of even the basic exercises.
Good that each week is different, that Annette tries to give an alternative time if someone cannot make it; she is always aware if someone has a back problem, etc and gives them options.
I really think it’s great. I’ve sat through a lot of classes where the teacher sets themselves up as a guru to be looked up to, etc. You don’t do that. You really explain to people the journey you had to pilates and how long it took you to get stuff right.
I’m finding the classes great. I feel energised after the class. And I feel it has helped reduce my back pain. I love the way you vary the class each week, which compels me to go as I don’t want to miss out!
Love your class! You are very good at explaining and talking through the different exercises. I didn’t feel left out as a beginner because of this. I’d love to join up for more.

I had been suffering with protracted muscular (back) and sciatica problems. Since I started pilates with Annette, I have gotten tremendous relief and sciatica abated.
